Workout Schedule

Before I start posting the details about my workouts, I want to clarify that even though I am pushing myself these last few months, I do have a professional support system composed of a personal trainer, nutritionist and doctor. These people tell me how much is too much and help  me schedule my workouts to target different muscle groups on different days and never the same ones consecutively. They also give me recommendations with regards to the food that will help me stay healthy and achieve my goal.
I have been working out 3 times a week sometimes more previous to this, giving me the advantage that my body is use to the workouts and I'm not suddenly straining myself physically beyond capacity. This would be very unwise and dangerous! The people that will be following me through this are also used to this kind of workout, so their bodies are prepared to take on new intensities. I do not advise anyone who has not previously done workout routines like these at least 3 times a week to try. Try some of the workouts after consulting at least a family doctor and take a day rest in between.This is my sincere recommendation.
